The credential, CCM, informs employers and prospective employers that certificate holders met a high standard of excellence and have proven experience and training in case management. The mission of CAOHC is to promote the conservation of hear- ing by enhancing the quality of occupational hearing conser- vation programs. It was created to fill the need for guidelines and standards in the field of occupational hearing conserva- tion. CAOHC’s mix of disciplines was felt to be the best man- ner in which to ensure that reasonable and effective guidelines would be developed and used. Organization dedicated to the education and professional growth of those involved in the occupational health of health care workers. NAOHP has professional publications and offers research and educational grants.
