Follow-up Actions Discuss importance of eye protection. Provide care as needed (per ophthalmologist). Assist with return to work. Conduct worksite assessment to identify potential hazards and pre- vention strategies. Determine severity of injury and stabi- lize employee. Assess injury and obtain brief history.
